Economic analysis of organization and development trends of hotel and restaurant industry of Zaporizhzhya region

Abstract


The article focuses on the analysis of the current economic state of the organization characteristics and development trends of the enterprises of hotel and restaurant business in Zaporizhzhya region. Hotel and restaurant business is actively developing, gaining new features and new impulses for the development. In recent years it has accumulated a number of outstanding issues. The problem of development in the sphere of hotel and restaurant business is very relevant because of its economic and social importance. The purpose of this paper is to conduct economic analysis of organization and to identify the main trends of the hotel and restaurant business in Zaporizhzhya region. It has been considered the total number of enterprises of hotel and restaurant enterprises and their dynamics has been analyzed. The major obstacles that significantly inhibit the development of hotel and restaurant business are identified. The recommendations to improve the organization of hotel and restaurant business of Zaporizhzhya region on the basis of a reasoned trends of this industry have been worked out.
