Abstract

Introduction. Today the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine inefficiently consume energy resources. In the process of the production program formation  the available resources, including energy resources, must be considered.

Goal. The aim of the article is to study the main directions of optimization of production program because of the reduction of the energy costs at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine.

The method (Methodology). The graphical and comparative methods for analysis and dynamics of the impact of energy costs on the formation of optimal production program are used in this article. Comparative method allows to determine the optimal production program.

Results. The directions of formation of optimal production program considering the production status of the equipment are considered in the article. The change of the specific power consumption for a given production volume is investigated. As a result of optimization of economic and mathematical model the optimal parameters of the production program are obtained.

Keywords
