Economic stabilization of Ukraine: innovative approach

Abstract

Introduction. Stabilization of Economy of Ukraine requires a change of development model, which is based on extensive production methods, the innovative model of development.

Goal. The article is to identify innovative conditions that stabilize the national economy, as only innovation can provide its revival and development.

Method. The study has used a systematic method of scientific knowledge (all phenomena and processes are considered and analyzed in the relationship, interdependence and development), methods of analysis and synthesis (the description of basic processes following their synthesis, coordination and installation of interdependencies), historical and logical analysis and specialized information sources (the study of the evolution of the problem, approaches and attempts to resolve it in domestic and foreign economic literature), systematic and historical analysis (to establish and evaluate the historical background of the launch and stabilization processes in terms of innovation in Ukraine and other countries).

Results. The trends and mechanisms of realization of innovation policy in Germany, Poland, Russia and Ukraine are defined. It has been characterized the potential need for promotion of innovative activities to stabilize the national economy. The features of Ukrainian market of scientific and technical products are characterised. The three-tier system of realization of innovation policy is revealed.
