The role of marginal analysis in management of transport organizations activities

Abstract


Introduction. In market economy conditions the commercial organizations,that cannot compete, very often become bankrupts. It happens because of intrinsic (internal) and subjective (external) reasons. The management of the enterprise cannot provide complete elimination of the impact of negative factors on the economy of the organization. But it has to oppose them with a well-considered strategy and tactics.

Purose. The article aims to justify the use of marginal analysis for making correct management decisions in the road transport organizations.

Method (methodology). In this research we have used the method of deduction, method of induction, method of comparison, method of generalization, graphical method.

Results. The article reveals the importance of usage of the marginal analysis to make the right management decisions as for the activity of the road transport organizations. On the basis of the marginal analysis we have come to the following conclusions: concerning the choice of the route new minibuses should run on; reduction of unprofitable kinds of activity for transportation organization.
