Consideration of interests of business partners as a part of socially responsible behavior of enterprises

Abstract


Introduction. Nowadays the transition from general studies of the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility of the business to the development of specific methods which have to support decision-making by enterprises and organizations for the implementation of their socially responsible behavior has become very actual. The development of tools to support decision-making as for  socially responsible interaction of the enterprises with their suppliers and customers has become an important task in this direction. The urgency of this task has ddetermine the purpose of the article which is devoted to the consideration of one of the aspects of the task.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to define a set of measures of the company in order to implement socially responsible interactions with customers and suppliers within the partnership on the example of the printing industry.

Method (methodology). Solving the tasks can be done with the help of methods of analysis, synthesis and classification.

Results. It has been revealed the structure of the system of principles and actions for the implementation of social responsibility of enterprise. The place of measures in this structure taking into consideration the interests of clients and the company suppliers has been determined. The classification of the company's relations with stakeholders (taking into account the interests of stakeholders) has been proposed. Set of measures of printing company as for the implementation of socially responsible interaction with their customers and suppliers through partnerships has been formed.
