Problems of training specialists in the sphere of tourism in Ukraine

Abstract


The development of tourism in Ukraine as a factor of formation of the state's economy necessitates the creation of a branch system of training and advanced training of tourism personnel which could provide the preparation of the professionals who are capable to work individually and productively in a competitive environment.

The aim of this work is to study the level of training direction "Management of tourism"

The study used such general scientific methods as method of generalization, method of synthesis, method of analysis, method of comparison, method of abstraction.

It is planned to improve the existing training system by implementation interactive systems, gaming methods and improvement of teaching. The draft of changes of the program of training of tourism professionals  needs effective solution of the main problems that arise during the preparation of specialists in the current system, namely, efficient allocation of time during training, effective training theoretical course, increasing the time for practical classes, opportunity to work and study at the same time, effective and assured employment of students, opportunity to earn additional earnings for unversity.
