Decomposition of strategic analyzing activity of integrated enterprise into practice on the basis of balanced performance system
Abstract
The article deals with the necessity of conducting decomposition process of the existing strategies on the integrated enterprises for separate departments. The author implies the matrix approach to form the system of planed performance at each department. There have been suggested the stages of implementation of strategic points in the operational activity of the integrated enterprise. The approaches concerning implementation of the results of the strategic analysis of the activity on the integrated enterprise into practice are proposed on the basis of the balanced performance system. The efficiency of the strategic orientated activity should be determined, which allows to identify the problem spheres and the course of activity on the integrated enterprise.
