Content of professional education: analysis, estimation, development prospects
Abstract
Introduction. The article reveals the importance of professional higher education in the society, the country and each of its residents. It is noted that the content of professional education is filled with a number of indicators. frames. It is noted that the improvement of the situation contributes to the modernization of the educational process. It should be done on the basis of public and private partnership.
Purpose.The aim of the research is to develop scientific and methodological foundations of assessment of the state of professional higher education, to identify the existing problems and to justify the ways of their overcoming in the context of the development of economy of knowledge.
Method (methodology).The study has used the following methods: monographic method, method of analysis and synthesis, method of balance, method of extrapolation, method of modeling, etc. Professional education in Ukraine and the results are analyzed on the basis of monographic method. With the help of methods of analysis and synthesis, it is assessed the existing network of educational institutions offering professional training and revealed changes in the amount and structure of higher education institutions, the number of students. These methods are also used in assessing the financial security of the educational sphere in general, and its highest level in particular. Equity method is used in the simulation of possible future changes in the set of the student in higher education institutions in terms of the demographic crisis in Ukraine.
Results. The paper suggests promising directions of development of professional education. Their task is to overcome the existing problems of evelopment, to ensure further modernization, variability and its close links with the community. Among the most important tools we propose the innovative technologies, which have become an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the educational process, enhance the attractiveness of vocational education for young people.
