Financial resources of modernization of the economy and economic growth recovery

Abstract


We consider the potential financial resources of the state to ensure sustainable economic development. The author has paid attention for the attraction of the foreign investment as an effective source of economic modernization. It is shown that economic growth is necessary not only to modernize the economy, but to all aspects of social life.  Modernization is not only the modernization of the economics but the determination of of strategy of state, development of country in a certain direction. The state itself should determine trends, sources and areas of accumulation of financial resources for the modernization of the economy. Internal and external financial resources to promote economic recovery are considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to moderate inflation because money issue to a certain extent is an important tool for improving the production and effective use of financial resources.
