Diagnostics of transformational processes in the system of social and labor relations at the enterprises of the radio-electronic industry

Abstract


Introduction.  Among the strategic tasks of Ukraine we can distinguish the increase in competitiveness of national economy, the integration into European economic space and the development of the social state.  It is impossible to solve these problems without transformation of institute of work, growth its innovative components.

Purpose.  The purpose of the article is to research the transformational processes in the system of social and labor relations and their influence on innovation economy.

The method (methodology).  The comparative methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction, theoretical generalization are used in the study.  The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of investigation.

Results. The tendencies of transformation of the social and labor relations at the entities of the radio-electronic industry are determined by the author on the basis of social research and indicators of transformation of the social and labor relations.
