Institutional transformation of innovational instruments of financial market: theory and empiricism

Abstract


Systematic method of understanding economic phenomena and processes, methods theoretical generalization, systematization have become the methodological basis of the study. They helped reveal the evolution of the system of views on issues of business process reengineering on the basis of basic and new theoretical concepts.

The theoretical and empirical aspects of scientific research of laws and contradictions of financial markets and the securitization of financial assets, the construction of innovative tools and the emergence of structured financial products are considered in the article. The basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the use of innovative instruments by financial and credit institutions are defined. Strengths and weaknesses which are revealed allow to improve and enhance the quality of financial services, creating a competitive advantage. It is shown that the development of the global network economy requires active use of innovative instruments, creation of banks of development for crediting projects with high potential and require effective management tools for financing development. It is determined the feasibility of usage of techniques of triple indicators of liquidity and methods "techniques moments" in the development of innovative tools and technologies. To ensure the effectiveness of innovative instruments usage we have defined feasibility to consider the validity, diagnostic strength, reliability and representativeness. Empirical studies make it possible to obtain diverse information about events, processes and contribute to the deepening of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
