Concept of methods for assessment of social and economic efficiency of systems for management of the business entity

The article is devoted to the approaches to the assessment of socio-economic efficiency of the management of activity of businesses depending on the factor of trust-distrust of citizens for social and political institutions. This  foctor influences the stabilization of relations between subjects of social and labor sphere and implements effective production control, which ensures high quality of life for working people and the sustainability of the entity. The methodological and methodical aspects of the evaluation of socio-economic efficiency of the management of businesses and, in particular, mathematical modeling of performance management systems based on industrial democracy are considered. There has been worked out the concept of methods for assessing the socio-economic efficiency of the management of businesses, aimed at creating model of the mechanism to determine the socio-economic effect of the  production management systems that operate according to the principles of industrial democracy.
