Methodic approach of the assessment of the effectiveness of interfirm relations on the basis of the value approach

Abstract

There has been revealed the essence of the methodic approach to the estimation of inter-firm relations efficiency. Among its main features we consider the inclusion of tangible and intangible assets, the introduction of the three-step evaluation procedure (preliminary, operative, effective) and the selection of scenarios flow of inter-firm relations with using the matrix method. There have been developed scenarios of flow of inter-firm relations. That enables to implement administrative action, choosing integration or disintegration directions of relations development, based on the valuation results. System of values assessment indicators of inter-firm relations which allows to take into account the tangible and intangible aspects of partnership is proposed in the work.There has been developed a matrix selection of scenarios inter-firm relations flow. Its use  allows the comparison of target and reporting indicators values to make valid conclusion of scenario of further development of relations with the partner.
