Rule of share of expenses for education in educational sphere regulation

Abstract


Introduction. The educational sphere is a strategically important sector of development of society and the state. The financial aspect is one of the most problematic aspects of the education system. Therefore, the question of determining the indicators of influence on the volume of financing education sphere is relevant.

Purpose. The article aims to analyse the rule of macroeconomic policy of the government, in particular, the rule of the educational sphere financing.

Methodology (methodology). The method of analysis of macroeconomic rules has been used in this research. The analysis is carried out with the help of economic and mathematical methods and software STATISTICA.

Results. The identification and application of a particular algorithm has become the applied result of the research. This algorithm aims to outline the idea of the rule and select those macroeconomic variables that really affect the educational field. These variables should be chosen with the help of the statistical methods of analysis. The author states that the substantiated rule can answer the question of how the indicators of financing education will change in the process of changing the indicators that determine the proportion of people with a certain level of education.
