Modern implementation of methods of assessment of staff professional and qualification skills
Abstract
We have determined modern implementation of methods of assessment of staff professional and qualification skills and studied international practice of enterprise staff assessment. We have also found out both advantages and disadvantages of each of the following methods: Assessment Center, MBO, KPI, «360 degrees» as well as applicability of each method at the enterprises in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to investigate modern methods of staff assessment. In the context of modern economic theory the most promising direction of corporate investment is investment in human capital, as it is exactly that thing that allows the enterprise to get the biggest and long-time social and economic impact. Investments in human capital provide the biggest, long-time and integral social and economic effects. In the future it is planned to determine the conditions of formation and development of professional skills of employees in order to improve human resources management at modern enterprises.
