Role of the government in regulation of innovations in the service sector
Abstract
The article highlights the basic principles of state regulating innovative development of service sector. There have been considered the factors of activation of innovative activity affecting the rate and the scope of innovation. There have been analyzed the innovation trends in Western countries as well as the experience of reforming social and cultural public sector. There has been considered the stimulus system of B. Santo for implementation of innovations into manufacturing. There have been developed the recommendations for improvement of public policy concerning development of innovations in service sector.
