Formalization of an integrated approach to the formation and management of flexible associations of corporate structures

Abstract


Subject. The process of developing and researching the synthesis of a conceptual mathematical model for the formation and management of flexible unified corporate structures in an uncertain market environment.

Purpose of work. Create and research a mathematical model for the formation and management of flexible integrated corporate structures in an uncertain market environment.

Methodology of the work. The theory of bounded sets measurable in the Lebesgue theory for the formation and management of organizational business

structures.

Result of work. A conceptual mathematical model is developed for the formation

and management of flexible unified corporate structures in an uncertain market environment, and the results of development and calculations are presented.

Scope. It is used in the development of projects for the formation and managing combined corporate structures in an uncertain market environment for regulatory and flexible business areas.

Conclusion. Created a conceptual mathematical model for the formation and management of flexible unified corporate structures in an uncertain market environment.
