Research methods and determinants of innovative adaptability of industrial enterprise

Abstract


The article considers the problem of the ability of companies to respond to changes in the environment and to reduce their potential negative effect by providing innovative activity proposes. The definitions of "innovation adaptability" and "innovative mechanism for ensuring adaptability" are proposed. The difference between the concepts of "innovation adaptability" and "innovative adaptation" are singled out. The components of the mechanism of innovation adaptability of enterprises are determined. The dual nature of innovative adaptive enterprise is justified.In this paper, an innovative adaptation of the enterprise is regarded as the level of its ability and willingness to respond to threatening external influences and neutralize them by using various innovations. A set of interrelated elements that ensure the implementation of these innovations specific to a particular entity of economic conditions and with his characteristic organizational structure is regarded as a mechanism for providing innovative adaptability.
