The role of the tourism industry in the development of the national economy

Abstract

On the basis of the content of international norms and perspectives of scientists summarizing there have been grouped the arguments for the priority and importance of the tourism industry for the national economic development. There have been provided reasonable characteristics of functional areas of government policy on sustainable development of the tourism industry and the national economy. As a result, it has become obvious that the proposed functional characteristics allows the conduction of purposeful state policy on the development of the tourism industry and the national economy on the basis of the precautionary and balance of a sphere. The value of conducting a careful attitude of the government to regulate the development of tourism makes no doubt.
