Formation of economic security management system of industrial enterprises

Abstract


The factors that explain necessity of creation of  economic security management system of industrial enterprises has been considered. The conceptual approaches to the definition of economic security management system of industrial enterprises proposed by Ukrainian and foreign scientists has been analyzed. The purpose, tasks, principles, objects and subjects of a industrial enterprises economic security management system are identified. The basic stage of formation of the system has been proposed. The importance of creation of an Economic Security Department in industrial enterprises is justified. Appropriate composition of an Economic Security Department has been proposed. Efficiency and reliability of a formed system can be evaluated according to the following criteria: the company has sustainable development, multiplies material goods, uses innovative technology; in time eliminates the negative factors and crises that affect the industrial activity of the enterprise.
