Strategic vectors of life support management of the enterprise activity in a changing environment
Abstract
The article considers the strategic vectors of life support management of the food industry. The importance of the development of the industry as a basis for food security of the country was emphasized. The peculiarities of its analysis are determined. The main financial and economic indicators of the industry and characterized their impact on strategic vectors. The operational analysis and profitability of the enterprise leader of the food industry in the regional market of oil for processing two crops: sunflower and soybean, as well as calculated indicators of liquidity, financial independence of production and profitability.
The dynamics of indicators of different models of insolvency (bankruptcy) forecasting is calculated and analyzed: E. Altman's model, O. Tereshchenko's model, Springgate's model, Beaver's coefficient and Cash-Flow coefficient. The dynamics of indicators for predicting the probability of bankruptcy (insolvency) indicates the absence of a threat of bankruptcy to the food industry PJSC "Pologi SEZ". Analysis of the dynamics of insolvency indicators for each model shows a slight deterioration in the financial stability of the livelihood of the enterprise, which can be explained as a negative consequence of the pandemic and the general trend towards declining purchasing power.
The ways of further development of the food industry enterprise are outlined, namely the support of the appropriate technical level of production with the obligatory observance of the rules of reduction of production costs; orientation of the enterprise and production on consumer demand by development and improvement of production, its effective advancement in the market, increase in number of loyal consumers, introduction of elements of careful production; strengthening the financial position of the enterprise and defending its interests in the external environment; preservation of the core of qualified personnel, motivation and stimulation of their work.
