Management features of forming of commodity resources on retail enterprises

Abstract


The article describes the characteristics of the current state of the domestic trade business procedures and features of the formation of commodity resources of retailers. It has been examined the feasibility of a systematic approach to the management of commercial enterprise. The essence, the purpose and object of control of the formation of commodity resources are considered in the article. The characteristics of the individual objectives of the management process on formation of commodity resources is shown.  Its features are based on the basic strategies of retailers. The particular sources and methods of formation of commodity resources are analysed. The suggestions for improving the management of commodity resources are given.
