Instruments to increase the competitiveness of engineering enterprise
Abstract
The article analyzes current state and problems that determine development of engineering industry of Ukraine and state of management enterprises. Common characteristics of such instruments to increase competitiveness as outsourcing and controlling, their possible application in domestic enterprises are determined. Basic factors for the slow development of mechanical engineering of Ukraine are found out. The reasons for slow implementation of outsourcing enterprises, especially for slow implementation of monitoring systems in the enterprises of different levels are determined. The results of the study revealed the need for policies for diversification of production and spheres of activity, expansion of assortment and range of products of engineering industry, introduction of an effective system of outsourcing and controlling, as a means of ensuring stable development of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness.
