Methods of intensification of investment processes in Ukraine

Abstract


There has been carried out the research of the nature of the formation of sustainable and efficient investment environment in Ukraine. Factors that reduce the level of investment activity of entities are determined. Basic principles of the investment processes are illuminated. Needs to develop methods and forms of diversification of financial resources are outlined. In particular, the paper focuses on the problems of selecting the type of investment resources and their management practices in the implementation of diverse investment objectives. There have been offered the direction of improving the mechanism that involve the use of financial resources due to their methods of concentration and dispersion. The criteria of the optimum rate of return of investment, as well as factors that influence the amount of own investment resources of economic entities are described
