Impact of the state budget for macroeconomic stability in Ukraine

Abstract

The paper analyzes the performance of revenue and expenditure parts of the State Budget of Ukraine for the period of 2010-2012. The main economic and political factors that influenced the implementation of the State Budget of Ukraine. In particular, those have been passed the new Budget and Tax Codes that will provide long-term development of the budget and tax system, which in turn will lead the public financial management system in the direction of economic growth and improvement of the investment climate in Ukraine. There have been illustrated the basic dynamics of tax revenues to the state budget of Ukraine and the structure of the functional classification of expenditures. It has been found out that under the present conditions of social and economic development of Ukraine the state budget revenues should be considered as a basic foundation of financial expenditure of Ukraine.There have been formulated the specific areas of improvement of execution of the State Budget of Ukraine.
