Distribution relations as a factor of wage formation in Ukraine

Abstract


The article describes main problems which arise as a result of negative influence of distribution processes on income and wages. Income structure is investigated; inefficiency indicators of distribution of GDP are analyzed. In the reasoned form the consequences of the devastating influence of distribution policies on the citizens’ welfare are described. Inefficiency of the tax burden on the payroll is considered; «Laffer threshold»for Ukraine is calculated. Еconomic and statistical analysis of poverty and population differentiation in income is conducted. According to results of the analysis recommendations for improvement of the system of distribution processes in Ukraine are given. The algorithm of model increasing distribution processes efficiency and their influence on wages are suggested.
