Influence of the staff’s quality level on financial and economic results of agricultural enterprises activity
Abstract
The level of quality staffing of agricultural enterprises of Lugansk region by the method of personnel qualitative evaluation, taking into account the group of parameters (by education, experience, training, professional qualities, characteristics of labor efficiency, achieved results) has been analyzed. An economic analysis of factors of staff using in the business of Lugansk region has been conducted. The method of calculation of the integral indicator of the agricultural enterprises personnel use through its correlation coefficient, which characterizes both the social and economic effectiveness of the use of agricultural enterprises personnel and determines the efficciency of its use, has been proposed. The influence of the qualitative staff on the financial and economic performance of the agricultural enterprises has been reflected. The results can be applied in labour resources management and staff shifting. The measures, which can help to create necessary conditions for the development and effective use of the staff in national agricultural enterprises, have been proposed.
