Features of outsourcing using
Abstract
This article is devoted to outsourcing analysis as a method of optimizing costs at the current stage of enterprise development. The basic scientific approaches to the definition of the notion “outsourcing” are considered. The existing classifications of outsourcing types are reviewed. The main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing implementation in case of increasing of enterprise efficiency are defined. Theoretical basics of outsourcing implementation on the enterprise aimed to reduce the production costs, improve the quality and competitiveness of products are determined. Basic factors contributing to the necessity in taking decision on outsourcing are identified. The approach to outsourcing as an economic phenomenon is proposed. The classifications of outsourcing types on economic content and the way of interaction organization between enterprises are offered. The necessity for usage of outsourcing strategy on enterprise, as well as the need to improve the Ukrainian legislation in the field of outsourcing are proved.
