Components of the internal and external borrowings of Ukraine

Abstract

In this paper we investigate the question, which concerns the grounds of classification and types of government debt. This article surveys the essence of internal and external components of Ukraine, also there has been held the structural analysis of government borrowing. The existing state debt problems are analyzed, so we consider that debt policy of Ukraine should be improved and there should be  built an effective system of public debt management. The main task, whichis associatedwiththeuseofpublicdebtas a tool for the formation of innovation development of Ukrainian economy is the scientific study and methodologically correct definition of borrowed funds. Government debt borrowing, both internal and external, can have a positive effect on the whole economy only if they are focused on the strategic objectives of radically improving the efficiency of the financial and economic, intellectual and human potential of Ukraine in the transition from commodity to high technology development.
