The vital problems of the development of the Ukrainian human capital
Abstract
The article is devoted to the reveal of the key problems of Ukrainian human capital development as a ground of its competitive quality elements forming. Pre-conditions of informational society educational base forming are set on the base of research of education and labor markets interaction. The analysis of skilled composition of scientific sphere is carried out. The factors of reduction of quantity of performers of the advanced and scientific and technical studies are considered. The necessity of the human capital development on competencies approach is proved. It is set that the basic task of the human capital quality increase is effective monitoring of holding and educational sphere reformation with the purpose of labour-market and education services market conjuncture concordance. The necessity of the offered measures conduction with the purpose of labour-market and education services market intercommunication balance keeping for a human capital development providing is grounded.
