Technology of adaptation in the system of managing the enterprise

Abstract

It is uncovered the essence of the adaptive management as a management in the system with partial apriori information in the managed process which changes as the information is accumulated and is taken with the purpose to improve the functioning of the enterprise. The problems of formation and development of the adaptive economic mechanism of functioning the enterprise are analyzed. The basic adaptive measures and the essence of the adaptive managing are defined. It is suggested the model of the adaptive managing by the competitive development of the enterprise that contains the following six basic blocks: monitoring of the outer environment, monitoring of the inner environment, planning and forecasting, taking of the managing decisions, motivation, innovation, evaluation and control. It is determined the necessity of the systematic approach to the adaptive managing and its leading place in the formation of the models and the mechanism of adaptation.
