Personnel as a defining part of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises

Abstract


The value of enterprise personnel to ensure its competitiveness is defined. The efficiency factors of the use of personnel and their interrelation with the performance indicators on a sample of the agricultural holding "Kernel"  are analysed. It has been proved the need to include such a component, as the staff in the general methodology to assess the competitiveness of the company through a strategic approach to management. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC)has been chosen for that. The SWOT- analysis is proposed to be also used. An international experience to motivate staff to improve efficiency and competitiveness of domestic enterprises is shown. The proposals that are set out in this article may be put into the practice of management of domestic enterprises.
