Improving the system of evaluation of indicators for the fixed assets’ renovation

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the fixed assets’ performance evaluation system, which will provide an objective and comprehensive analysis of the production technical renovation. Existing indicators of the production fixed assets’ value, movement and depreciation are summarized and systematized. The system of indicators is improved and enhanced by clarifying and distinguishing the coefficients of the fixed assets’ entering and renewal, as well as their elimination and liquidation. A new method of evaluating the performance of production technical renovation, which is based on the indicators of the fixed assets’ renewal quality and the structure of their elimination, is proposed. Recommendations on upgrading the form of the state statistical reports on accounting the fixed assets’ value and movement are formed. The analysis of the production technical modernization effectiveness at the industrial enterprises of Donetsk region using the proposed indicators of assets’ measuring is conducted.
