Methods of management of innovative development of enterprises on basis of upgrading of labour life

Abstract


The necessity of providing of the proper level of quality of workers’ work life is considered in the article. It is determined, that the general productivity is principal reason of existence of substantial break between rich and poor countries.  In this work weighty direction of management innovative development of enterprise creation of the programs of work life upgrading is determined, as on the level of quality of personnel work life  depends the personal interest,  productivity,  efficiency of labor and efficiency of enterprise activity on the whole.
