Improvement of institutional and legal mechanisms of social transfer for children-orphans and children who are deprived paternal anxiety
Abstract
Efficiency of the use of social payments is analysed on children-orphans and children who are deprived paternal anxiety concerning different forms of arranging. It is grounded a mechanism of modernization of the use of money on payment of social help with perfection of the analytical providing of procedure of social transfer. The applied interest of publication is increased with the offered social project “Family and home for a child”. Its purpose is as the following: for every child from child's home of domestic type should be created a family and habitation.
