Organization of strategic management in the conditions of uncertainty and risk at the metallurgical enterprises

Abstract

It is proved new aspects in determination of stages of forming of strategy of industrial firm in the long-term period. The solution of objectives is given on a joint of several large problems of such economic disciplines as: analysis of investment projects, financial analysis, business valuation, marketing, economy and management of a national economy. The problem of financial risk management is solved from the point of view of consideration of productive activity of the entity as business systems. Methods of determination of a risk level are developed for financially steady industrial enterprise. Methods of determination of a zone of risk within which maximization of gained income when preserving control over a risk level are provided for business competitiveness determination. The method of comparative advantages is developed. In case of determination of the return rate used as a rate of discount, it has been described need of accounting of regional risk.
