Improvement of management development field staff of alcohol industry based on consulting

Abstract


The questions of improvement of the management of the development of staff alcohol industry using an external consultancy are considered. The approaches to the evaluation of system of the human factor are determined. The opportunities of HR services to implement the management of personnel development strategies based on knowledge management are defined. The areas of staff development through the use of enterprise consulting are outlined.
