Iryna Dmytrivna Sklyar, Yulia Mykhailivna Shkodkina

Abstract

This paper puts forward the hypothesis of existence of the transmission mechanism in the process of financing environmentally sustainable development – from financing variables to sustainable development indicators. The above-mentioned mechanism is suggested to be analyzed using methodological methods of studying the transmission mechanism of monetary policy. The concept of the financial transmission of environmentally sustainable development has been introduced and its definition has beem proposed. The structural features of the financial transmission of environmentally sustainable development have been described. A definition of financial transmission channel of environmentally sustainable development has been suggested. Five financial transmission channels of environmentally sustainable development have been described. The article presents a scheme of the interest rate channel of the financial transmission of environmentally sustainable development. The schematic model of the interest rate channel of financial transmission of environmentally sustainable development in Ukraine has been developed.  Analysis of transmission channels of the financial transmission of environmentally sustainable development will allow to evaluate the effectiveness of financing for environmentally sustainable development.
