The problems of the formulation and the development of the labour potential machine-building enterprise

Abstract


Introduction.Civilization changes and change of man’s place, role and the nature of work in the development of civilizations are interdependent. On the one hand, any society has a level of work development in according to the level of its civilization progress, but on the other hand – the level of civilization development is a prerequisite for the formation of motives, attitudes toward labor and its implementation. Thus, the study of the phenomenon of interdependence is basis of the core of the foundation of scientific understanding.

Purpose.The purpose of this article is a collection and improvement  of theoretical and scientific – methodological basis for system formation and development of labor potential at the machine-building company. To archive the purpose of the article the following tasks are put and solved: to explore the theoretical foundations of the concept of "working capacity "relationship with economic categories "human resources","human capital"and the differences between these concepts, uncover the nature of the employment potential and todetermine the role of man in the industrial company, its main characteristics.

Method(methodology). The following methods are used : theoretical generalization – to determine thestructural elements of labor potential of the company, general scientificprinciples of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists; analysis and synthesis – to study the factors of labor potential.

Results.This research is devoted to the problems of the formulation and the development of  the labour potential machine-building enterprise.  In the article there has been described the theoretical analysis of the approaches to this problem. The scientific literary viewing says that in spite of the great quantity of the scientific works this problem is opened and actual. Labour potential of the enterprise – are people (human factor) which is transformed into labour potential. The potential is hidden opportunity of the worker. It’s a common knowledge that the education is the first element of the innovation productivity system «education – scientific researches – innovated product – mass production». According to this the human factor has the great meaning at any enterprise.
