Current state, problems and means of activation of innovation activity of domestic enterprises

Abstract

Innovation activity of domestic enterprises has been analyzed. Factors that determine their low innovation activity have been singled out The recommendations as to its increase have been developed. For effective carrying out of innovation activity it has been suggested to introduce a system for insurance of such activity, namely to create a mechanism of external and internal insurance and compensation of possible risks of innovation activity. It has been suggested to consider a social and integration system as external insurance mechanism, which would combine state, insurance and financial companies, scientific research institutes, enterprises; an internal insurance mechanism would combine employment exchanges, insurance companies, state, enterprise.
