Theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of managerial capacity of organization
Abstract
In terms of activation of internal and external determinants of competitive the success of organizations increasingly depends on managerial potential and its effective use. Managerial capacity is determined as a set of business, personal qualities and functionality due to latent possibilities of manager, implemented in the course of professional activities in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.To define in specific terms of the organization activity of the parameters of personal, business and professional skills of the managers it is appropriate to apply the proposed management competency assessment matrix of managers. With the purpose of increase of their capacity managers need to acquire entirely new basic qualities. Their acquiring can become the modern models of implementation of individual change.
