Conceptual basis of agrarian zoning while managing land resources of agricultural enterprises
Abstract
The subject of the investigation is determination of theoretical, methodological and applied principles and introduction of agrarian land zoning while managing land resources of agricultural enterprises, determination of agrarian zoning influence on efficient increase of land resource potential usage.
The aimof the article is theoretical and methodological grounding of agrarian land zoning as industrial formation while managingland resources and agricultural enterprises development. Practical recommendations for efficient land usage increase by agrarian commodity producers in market conditions considering their zonal affiliation are worked out.
Methods.Methodological basis of the investigation is a dialectical method of knowledge and systematic approach to establish criteria of peculiarities of land zoning kinds, which form agrarian zoning, their influence detection on agricultural enterprises development in the general resource system management.
Results.The investigation of scientific and methodological provision and the necessity to introduce a zonal approach of land resources management at agricultural enterprises are the results of the research. Component structure of agrarian zoning as branch land zoning in the agrarian sector of the economy for the purpose of administrative actions improvement as to competitive agricultural commodity producer formation is distinguished and revealed.
Application area.The investigation results are applied in manufacturing, in scientific activity and economic sphere to increase effective usage of land and resource potential of agricultural enterprises.
Conclusions.The only way of complete work of economic and ecological management of land resources at agricultural enterprises is formed through agrarian zoning. Agrarian zoning is separate branch zoning for the agrarian sector of the economy and includes natural and agricultural, natural and economic, social and economic criteria peculiarities and ecological characteristics while land resources management by agricultural land tenure. Classification signs of agrarian land zoning in correlation with economic and ecological management are directed to planning, working out, realization of ecological aims and programs, which provide norms and requirements of rational land use of agricultural enterprises to get crop and animal agricultural products while preserving natural resources, biological diversity and protection of human habitat and outputs from agricultural pollution, and directed to objective economic laws investigation and their manifestation forms to use them in agriculture to provide people with food and to get raw materials for other branches of economics at the optimal level of investment into resources (production process) under conditions of maximum level of their economic efficiency.
