Organizational-economic mechanism in the system of management of industrial and economic activity of agricultural enterprises

Abstract

Introduction. Modern conditions of the market economy are characterized by unstability and uncertainty of external economic environment. Changes in the external environment, high competition, marketing development motivate managers to rebuild and improve the organizational-economic mechanism of enterprise management so that to ensure a balanced economic activities.

Purpose. To summarize the scientific approaches to the definition of the organizational-economic mechanism. To analyze the nature and components of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of industrial and economic activity of enterprises. To define the basic indicators which provide the efficiency of enterprise management system.

Method (methodology). Methodological basis of the research are fundamental works of foreign and domestic scholars and practitioners on the management of agricultural enterprises. The validity of the study results, conclusions and recommendations is proved by usage of methods of systematic, organizational and economic analysis. It has been worked out the analysis of the concepts of "organizational-economic mechanism", "management mechanism", and also of  formation of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the control system.

Results. The analysis regarding the definition of the "organizational-economic mechanism” in the works of different scientists in the fields of management have allowed to determine that a uniform interpretation of the notion in the modern management does not exist. The mechanisms of control in the system of management should be understood the principles, forms, methods and levers of activities which are associated with the process of their interaction. Thus, the system of management is a set of governance mechanisms that are necessary for achieving the goals of administration, that is a complex category.
