Management of the salary fund structure as a factor of labour productivity increase

Abstract


The article gives a reliable capability for estimation of a modern enterprise which allows to develop  a competitive strategy in conditions of up-to-date market. A human factor as one of the most important factors of this development has been highlighted. Material, social and psychological stimuli of employees’ labour activity are defined. The lost productivity, lack of economic reforms and an effective system of social partnership and state regulation of wages are determined. The theoretical aspects of a salary category and its structure in terms of different approaches are analyzed. The complex of problems of constructing new economic relations on the basis of improving the organization of material incentives for the organization of the personnel of industrial enterprises are investigated. The methodological evaluation approaches of labour efficiency of experts of various ranks are proposed based on the analysis of the structure and dynamics of the wages fund and social benefits. The necessity of the research of the level and dynamics of an average salary is proved. The dependence of salaries on the quantity and quality of labor input is shown. The relation of salary growth of a particular group with its contribution to the productive process which affects the results and efficiency is analyzed. The methodology of increasing labour productivity and minimizing costs is developed.
