Integrative relations influence on the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprise

Abstract

Introduction. In this article the essence and major forms of agrarian integration are revealed. We investigate the prospects of transformation results of integration relations in the specific benefits of Agricultural Enterprise.

Purpose. Еstablishment of influence of integration relations on forming of competitive edges of agricultural enterprises and grounding of method of choice by these enterprises of organizational form of integration.

Results. Participation of agricultural enterprises in agrarian integration is practical embodiment by them of competition strategy of co-operation. This strategy is directed on avoidance of direct economic rivalry with partners on business, combining effort on the interested subjects for the decision of certain economic problems. Agricultural commodities producers are in a certain position of choice of organizational form of integration association, mechanism of defending, with their help of own interests.  It is considered the method of choice by agricultural enterprise of organizational form of integration association and decision-making, what profit it will get from participation in an association.  It is defined the authentication of positive for an enterprise consequences of integration and charges. It will allow to find out, how and in which measure integration relations will be provide persistent formation of competitive advantages. The suggestions as for methods of choice by the agricultural enterprise of certain option forms of integration are formulated. Concrete decisions must be based on the comparing of requirements and costs associated with enterprises in integrative unions.
