Methodological studies of the financial policy for state food security

Abstract

Monitoring of present methodological problems of financial policy of providing of food safety of Ukraine is carried out in the article. Possible directions of decomposition of methodological platform of financial policy of permanent development providing of agrarian sphere of economy are also outlined, as the  main component of food safety of the state. We consider that the aim of financial policy in the agrarian sphere of economy must harmoniously unite interests of producers and consumers of agrarian products, maximization of incomes or volumes of realization with possibility of satisfaction of necessities of all categories of population in basic meaningful foodstuffs. Methodology of research of financial policy of providing of steady development of agrarian sphere of economy is characterized by a system crisis, the scientists do not  succeed to create adequate searching platforms. The analysis of modern methodological presentations certifies the necessity of forming of new approach and decomposition of methodological platform of financial policy of providing of steady development of agrarian sphere of economy for providing of food safety that takes into account its significant features.
