Approaches to classification of the modern methods of personell`s motivation

Abstract


The article is dedicated to the problems of personnel`s motivation and its implication for the modern enterprises and organizations. To describe the subject relevance of the issue the employee benefits` theoretical aspects are illustrated, and in particular, the category “motivation” is developed in different aspects: philosophic and simultaneously in the mainstream of modern management according to the research studies. The goal of the motivation process is  identified in the article. The personnel management problems are analyzed. The role of personnel`s motivation in nowadays enterprises and organizations` activity is determined. The internal and external factors influencing the agent`s motivation are examined, a few classifications and personnel motivation types depend on the sense of these or that needs impact; according to the efficiency; target motivation; penalties; payments in cash; special individual incentives; labor organization system`s improvement as one of the main motivation methods; intangible incentives not related with the employer`s expenditures were analyzed. Additionally the examples of the modern creatively different motivation methods used in the international activities are given in the article. Finally personnel`s motivation is recognized to be the key factor of labor productivity intensification amidst enterprises` (organizations`) limited financial resources.
