Analysis of functional relationships in milk production
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to develop areas of adjustment instruments of state regulation of production of milk and dairy products. The article deals with the basic elements of dairy subcomplex interactions that affect the formation of resultindicators of the studied area. Particular attention is paid to the productivity of milk and milk products in dairy subcomplex APC. The author draws attention to the fact that the genetic potential of dairy cattle in Ukraine is not fully used. It has been analyzed the relationship between productivity and profitability index of milk production. A great attention is paid to the wholesale and retail prices for the product. Retail prices can be reduced by adjusting taxes and VAT on milk and dairy products. To ensure positive economic profitability of dairy subcomplex it is necessary to adjust the level of wholesale prices. It has been examined the mechanism of state regulation of price. It has been calculated the rational level of maximum and minimum for wholesale and purchase prices for milk and dairy products in order to ensure the positive dynamics of the consumption of the produc . The main directions of state price adjustment and fiscal policy are found out. It has been grounded the introduction of measures to increase the productivity of cows in dairy farming. A reduction of VAT on milk and dairy products is prposed. It has been established a corridor of price regulation.
