Abstract

This article considers analysis of control as an instrument of motivating administrative work. Control is such an aspect of management that must be included into the process of motivation of  subordinates, not only in their work. With the help of analytical methods correlation is analysed between motivational process of administrative work and kinds and stages of control. In particular kinds of control where motivation of administrative work has positive character are analysed in detail. Also the material is analysed in graphical form. We suggest recommendations which turn control into an instrument of motivating administrative work. Since managers will implement control of individual motivational process on their own, the suggested recommendations will enable them to treat this problem constructively. We worked out the scheme of control as an instrument of motivating administrative work. The given scheme shows connection between stages of motivation and stages of the process of control at an enterprise. It as well demonstrates the influence on the set and achieved goals of the manager and as a consequence influence on the achievement of goals of the enterprise through satisfaction of new motivational needs. Suggestions given in the article can be practically introduced at enterprises.
