Structuring of comparative complex analysis of of economic activity trading companies: methodological aspects

This paper substantiates the necessity of implementation of qualitatively new methodological tools in practice of commercial enterprises, taking into account current market trends transformation with particular intensification of the competitive environment. The aim of the study is to develop a methodological approach of forming groups of competitiveness indicators that reveal all aspects of commercial enterprise. Indicators are established by expert assessment and they are ranked according to their influence on the competitiveness of enterprises. When identifying a competitive advantage parameters of the group that received the highest ranking from the expert evaluation will be in the first place.  For a detailed analysis it is suggested to calculate local integral competitiveness indicators for each group of indicators. Generated local indicators allow one to estimate the integral indicator of the competitiveness of commercial enterprise as its main indicator is the efficiency in the market business environment. To outline the competitive position of the company it is sufficient to calculate the integral indicator of the competitiveness of all businesses that are tested in relation to enter into the competitive environment of commercial enterprise and investigated by comparative determation of  their position among competitors.  A major advantage of using the developed methodological tools is the possibility of a comparative analysis of the company under study with other enterprises as for the competitiveness in an unbounded information: information base for this study is formed from accounting and statistical data, which are open to external users. In other words, research within the methodical approach narrows  the range of enterprises that create direct competition group, and  precede the stage of large-scale analysis of relatively delineate promising vectors of evolutionary transformations of commercial enterprise competitors. The requirements of the proposed methodological approach recommended for implementation in practice of trading companies identify opportunities to create their own strengths enterprise, interpreting them as competitive factors, strengthening its position in the market that provide stable operation of the business in a competitive business environment. The ability to use a methodological tools in their own practice by all commercial enterprises, regardless of their size is considered to be important.
